Hollow Tide Expedition

Hollow Tide Expedition is a slower, atmospheric adventure where you sail between flooded islands uncovering what happened to a lost expedition. It trades action for mood, and the sound design does a lot of the heavy lifting.

Puzzles are environmental and mostly fair, built around tides that rise and fall on a timer. Figuring out when to cross a channel or when to wait became a small ritual I enjoyed.

Progress saves cleanly, so putting it down and picking it up later never cost me my place. It's a lovely game to play with headphones on in the evening.
